Last updated: 13 October 2026

Astrojar sells digital services only: astrology readings in the chat and PDF reports. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping charges, and we deliver anywhere in the world.

2. Delivery details

Orders from the chat are delivered in the same chat.
Orders from our website are emailed to the address you give at checkout, with the PDF attached. To also get the report on WhatsApp, tap “Get it on WhatsApp” on the order page or in the email.
Your order page and email include a download link, valid for 7 days. Ask us any time for a fresh link.
You get a payment confirmation from Razorpay, and our confirmation when the report is delivered.

3. Delays

Very rarely, a report takes longer because of high demand or a technical problem. If yours has not arrived within 24 hours, write to us and we deliver it at once or refund you in full, as you prefer (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy).

4. Check your details

Please check your email address and WhatsApp number before paying, and look in your spam folder for our email. If you made a mistake, write to us and we will send the report to the right place.
