When will I get married? Marriage prediction by date of birth
How astrology reads marriage from a birth chart: the 7th house, Venus, the navamsa and the dasha; what Astrojar checks, and how sure its dates are.
In short
To answer "when will I get married", astrology reads the 7th house of the birth chart, its lord and Venus, and times marriage with the dasha periods linked to the 7th, 2nd and 11th houses. A marriage prediction needs the date, exact time and place of birth, because the houses are counted from the Lagna. Astrojar gives dated windows for your chart, as the traditional reading.
How marriage is read in a birth chart
The 7th house is the house of marriage and the spouse, counted from the Lagna. Astrojar reads it with its lord, the planets in it and aspecting it, and the 2nd and 11th houses. Venus is the karaka (significator) of marriage, and Jupiter is read with it. The navamsa (D9) is the divisional chart traditionally read for marriage.

What Astrojar checks for marriage

How sure are the dates?
When you ask "when", the dates come from your Vimshottari dasha: Astrojar scores each Pratyantardasha (the third level of periods, a few months each) for the houses and karakas of the matter, and adds weight when Jupiter and Saturn both transit the main house or its lord (the double transit). Runs of good sub-periods become windows of 6 to 18 months.
Astrojar tests its dates on public figures with recorded birth times, split into two halves so a result has to hold twice. Asked about events still ahead, the dasha windows did no better than chance on that set, so a date for the future is the traditional reading, not a measured forecast. Dates also hold best when the birth time is exact: a few minutes move a sub-period by weeks. Looking back at 472 first marriages, the first window found the true year about 1.1 to 1.2 times as often as chance, in both halves; that is the form Astrojar measured, and the gain is small.

When will I get married according to astrology?
Astrology reads it from the 7th house, its lord and Venus, and times it with the dasha: the periods of planets linked to the 7th, 2nd and 11th houses are the traditional times for marriage. Astrojar gives those windows for your chart; they are the traditional reading, not a certainty.
Can I get a marriage prediction by date of birth alone?
Not a full one. The 7th house is counted from the Lagna, which needs the birth time. With the date alone Astrojar can read Venus and the Moon sign, but not the houses or the dasha dates.
Which house is for marriage in a kundli?
The 7th house, with the 2nd (family) and the 11th (fulfilment). Venus is the karaka of marriage, and Jupiter is read too. The navamsa (D9) is the divisional chart traditionally read for marriage.
What causes delay in marriage in a kundli?
The texts point to a weak or afflicted 7th lord or Venus, and to the dasha: the timing comes only when the running periods connect to the 7th, 2nd and 11th. Astrojar names the factors it finds in your chart and their source; it does not call any chart unmarriageable.
How accurate is a marriage age prediction?
Looking back at 472 first marriages of public figures, Astrojar's first window found the right year a little more often than random windows of the same length (about 1.1 to 1.2 times chance). Asked about marriages still ahead, it was no better than chance. So the dates are guidance, best with an exact birth time.
Does Astrojar predict divorce?
No. Separation and divorce are never predicted as events; at most Astrojar names a period to take care in a relationship.
