Financial astrology: money and wealth in your kundli

How astrology reads money from a birth chart: the 2nd, 11th and 9th houses, Dhana yogas and the dasha; what Astrojar answers about income, loans and property, and what it refuses.

In short

Financial astrology reads money from the 2nd house (savings), the 11th (income and gains) and the 9th (fortune) of the birth chart, their lords, Jupiter and Venus, and the Dhana yogas that join them. The dasha periods linked to these houses are the traditional times for gains. Astrojar gives those windows for your chart, never lottery numbers or betting tips, and nothing here is financial advice.

How wealth is read in a birth chart

The 2nd house holds savings and family wealth, the 11th income and gains, and the 9th fortune. Astrojar reads them with their lords and the Dhana yogas that join them; Jupiter and Venus are the karakas of wealth. The 8th is read for an inheritance or a sudden gain, and the 4th for property.

What Astrojar answers about money

Ask about income, savings, a loan, debt, an inheritance or buying property. The answer weighs the classical rules for these houses, gives dasha windows for a "when" question, and adds a practical step: save a fixed share of new income before spending.

Astrojar refuses lottery, betting and gambling questions, and never names a stock or a number. A financial loss is never predicted as an event; at most it names a period to be careful with money. This is not financial advice.

How sure are the dates?

When you ask "when", the dates come from your Vimshottari dasha: Astrojar scores each Pratyantardasha (the third level of periods, a few months each) for the houses and karakas of the matter, and adds weight when Jupiter and Saturn both transit the main house or its lord (the double transit). Runs of good sub-periods become windows of 6 to 18 months.

Astrojar tests its dates on public figures with recorded birth times, split into two halves so a result has to hold twice. Asked about events still ahead, the dasha windows did no better than chance on that set, so a date for the future is the traditional reading, not a measured forecast. Dates also hold best when the birth time is exact: a few minutes move a sub-period by weeks.

Questions about financial astrology

Which house is for money in astrology?

The 2nd house (savings and family wealth) and the 11th (income and gains), with the 9th (fortune). Jupiter and Venus are the karakas Astrojar reads for wealth.

What is financial astrology?

Reading money matters from the birth chart: the 2nd and 11th houses and their lords, the planets in them, the Dhana yogas that link them, and the dasha periods that switch them on.

Can astrology tell if I will be rich?

It can show which houses and periods the tradition reads as good for income and savings. It cannot promise wealth, and Astrojar never names a stock, a lottery number or a bet.

When will I get a loan or clear my debts?

A loan is read from the 6th, 2nd and 11th houses, clearing debt from the 6th, 12th and 11th. Astrojar gives the windows for your chart, with a practical step such as clearing the costliest debt first.
