Welcome to Astrojar. astrojar.in and the Astrojar services on WhatsApp, Telegram and the web are owned and run by Toffyjar Digital Private Limited. By using Astrojar or buying any of our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Astrojar.

1. Definitions

“We”, “us” or “our” means Toffyjar Digital Private Limited, which runs Astrojar.
“You” means any person using Astrojar.
“Services” means our astrology readings in the chat, question plans, PDF reports (such as the Horoscope, Career, Business, Wealth, Health, Love & Marriage and Kundli Matching reports) and our free tools.

2. What Astrojar is, and is not

Astrojar gives Vedic astrology readings from your birth details. Readings are written with the help of an AI model, from classical rules and your chart. Astrology shows what may happen, not what must happen.

Astrojar is not medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice. For those, please talk to a qualified professional. Do not stop medicine or treatment because of a reading. See our Disclaimer.

3. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older.
Give accurate details. Readings and reports are only as good as the birth details you give.
Only add another person’s birth details if they agree.
Keep private links (sign-in, report and form links) to yourself. We may suspend accounts that share or misuse them.

4. Prices and payment

Your first 3 questions in the chat are free.
Every plan and report shows its price in Indian rupees, including GST, before you pay.
Monthly plans run for 30 days from payment and do not renew automatically.
Payments are processed by Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking and wallets). Their terms also apply to the payment.

5. Delivery

Chat answers arrive in the chat. PDF reports are delivered on WhatsApp and/or by email, usually within minutes and always within 24 hours. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Readings and reports are made for you from your own details, so they are not refundable once delivered. If a report has an error on our side, we correct it free; if it is not delivered within 24 hours, or you were charged twice, we refund you. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on Astrojar (text, charts, images, reports and software) belongs to us or our partners. Your reports are yours to keep, print and share for personal use. You may not:

copy, republish or sell our content without written permission;
build a database or a competing product from our content;
scrape Astrojar with automated tools, or try to break, overload or reverse-engineer it.

8. Links

You may link to our public pages without implying that we endorse you, and without framing or changing our content or brand. Our pages may link to other websites, which we do not control.

9. Fair use

Please do not misuse Astrojar or use it to harm anyone. We may limit or stop service to accounts that do.

10. Our liability

We work hard to be accurate, but readings are guidance only. You decide what to do with them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. If you have a paid plan and do not accept a change, email us within 72 hours of it and we will refund the unused part of your plan.

12. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Mysuru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
